Everything has been optimized for low-end gaming PCs.

NOTES:

Do not rename the resource or all the water on your game map will disappear if you don't want the "calmed waves" mod or if you already have the "flat sea" mod, just remove files: 'gta5.meta', 'water.xml' and remove the last three lines from the file 'fxmanifest.lua' which you can edit with any notes app.
